Eathel Weimer
Eathel Weimer graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in speech pathology. She has also worked as a church pre-school teacher, an Inter-Varsity Christian Fellowship staff worker with college students, and most recently as a departmental secretary with the U.S. Navy and at the Coast Guard Academy, officially retiring in 1999.
Eathel’s husband was a Navy chaplain for 30 years and they had the privilege of ministering together to sailors, Marines and Coast Guard members all over the world. During this time Eathel also enjoyed entertaining in their home, leading Bible Studies for women and working with MOPS (Mothers of Pre-Schoolers). Their children (two married sons) and grandchildren fill their time now as well as the activities of the chapel Bill is serving in Florida.
